After being informed fro a large dealership that my parts where in stock, i was given and charged for something different. I went straight to cycle gear and they had it in stock and those guys were on point. Fast, efficient and informative about some other things i needed.
Customer service was great and attentive. The guys heard what I was in need of, helped me find the right gear and size quickly. I was in and out with what I needed in 10 minutes.
Probably the most genuinely supportive store I’ve been to. Staff clearly has a passion for the sport and is well rounded in letting you know what you need for the type of riding and weather you’re going to be facing. Highly recommend. Thanks for the help Aidan.
