Great customer service both friendly and helpful people.
Price was reasonable. Ordered online and had the tire shipped to the store. It arrived on a Friday at 10am according to tracking, but no one called me or emailed me to notify that it had arrived. It sat there through a beautiful weekend I could have been riding, before I tracked the shipping and showed up at the store for pickup. No offer for protection plan (maybe they don't do that anymore), no offer to install it.
Good prices with very helpful and nice people.
