Came in looking to buy an inexpensive but quality Bell helmet. Was quickly assisted by a knowledgeable guy in a helpful but low pressure manner. He showed me the same model helmet I was looking for with a better face shield that would adjust for different light conditions, as well as a similar helmet from another manufacturer which cost less. He said they could order the lower cost Bell helmet I came in looking for, but I decided on the one with the better shield and bought it. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guy.

This was confusing and a lot of misunderstanding. We dropped off my shaft drive rim and it was ready next day but they were missing the cone to balance it so we had to go to Portland Cycle Gear who got on it right away. Mostly positive interactions with this store. It really sucks being deaf, especially in this society as it opens the door to mass confusion and miscommunication, which is exactly what happened here.
