I called the Cycle Gear store in Springfield (OR) to learn if they had specific product in stock. They had the item and offered to hold it for 24 hours, so I could come buy it in person. I came in the next day and was treated well, as always. They were even able to provide a small discount for me! I will definitely purchase from them again.
Cycle Gear in Springfield, OR has excellent customer service. The extremely courteous and pleasant man that helped me with the Bilt leather jacket I was interested in was not even working that day.
