After calling the Springfield, OR store on gateway asking for a rear tire for my Softail, I went in and picked up the tire they said they had in stock. I asked again at the counter to verify that they are selling me a REAR tire. The guy at the counter verified it was a rear tire. Took the tire and had it mounted and was informed that it was NOT a rear tire, and was actually a front tire. This ruined my trip I had planned on the bike this weekend. I've made a couple purchases and returns with Cycle Gear and the prices and customer service is always great. You can easily order gear from all major manufacturers through their website and make easy returns to the store. ** I wouldn't advise using the tire service though, unless you can wait while they do it - otherwise it'll take them a week! **
