I ordered a battery online for pickup at the store. I requested that they fill the battery and charge it when delivered so it would be ready when I went to pick it up. There was a miscommunication and that wasn’t done, so they had to do all of that after I asked again. That’s not such a big deal, I can understand a lapse in communication, but after going back and picking up the battery again, I discovered that only one of the cells had any fluid in it.
