I once said I didn't think John Strom was a bad person and that the poor service provided by Cyclefitters to the Lafayette College Outdoor Society during the Spring semester of 2016 was just a fluke from an otherwise decent business relationship. I was wrong. He is a liar, and a thief. Quality products. No hard sell. Excellent customer service. Locally owned. What else do you need? Having a real fitting also makes cycling a lot more enjoyable. To date I have bought 3 bikes from John and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Great store. John (the owner) is a great guy. I've bought three bikes here over the last two years. I am very happy with the bikes. Cycle Fitters provides excellent customer service.
