Be VERY VERY VERY aware of the charges, changes, the way the "membership" is set up, the communication from management and their inability to build customer relationships. You will pay for rides that expire before you can use them, you will not be told they expire and you will not be given any consideration to be able to redeem anything. I don't write many reviews, but I feel I need to write one here. I will say that I did enjoy the classes and they were well run, however, the owner of the place is not very friendly or very smart when it comes to customer service. I attended classes for a couple of months and signed up for a monthly membership. In January I informed them I did not want to continue the membership. They said it was not a problem to cancel, but I still had paid for rides and that I should come use them. I did use a couple and then stopped going... read more
