Really great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have every kind of adaptive bike/trike and will work with you to meet your needs. The resident dog Haku is also very adorable.
Absolutely disappointed. I have never felt like such a burden when trying to buy something adaptive for my disabilities. The woman "helping" me seemed inconvenienced every time I asked a question. I was hoping to test ride several trikes before buying one. She allowed me to try 2 before she disappeared for a phone call. We stood around awkwardly before leaving. Very disappointed. Kelvin and everyone at Angletech are fantastic. My wife and I were looking to get trikes and they spent several hours with us to get an understanding of what we wanted and needed, allowing us to try various models, and measuring us. They spent individual time with both me and my wife, to ensure we were getting models specific to our individual wants and needs. Excellent experience with this shop. Used them before for the battery on my trike and I remembered how pleasant they were. Had an issue yesterday and they were amazingly accommodating. Jacki was so helpful on the phone and Kirk was great also. Highly recommend.
