I'm an older lady on disability who needed a trike for health reasons. This is worst online buying experience I've ever had. I paid (thousands) in advance...waited over a month, then they cancelled my order after delaying shipping for 2 weeks beyond the promised delivery date. It then took hounding them for an additional week before I recieved my money back. If you're thinking of having a trike shipped somewhere...i'd think twice. best bike shop and they have trikes so super awesome
Josiah was extremely helpful in repairing my road bike and was able to do it in one day! Staff there are incredibly nice and just all around good people. Amazing store for recumbent bikes!
The trike service guy was very friendly and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. They have plenty of parts, and each person I met, there was very friendly would recommend it
