I don't know what everyone is talking about with the ancient negative reviews but I got a dual-sport bike at Cycle Design a few weeks ago and the whole process went smoothly and I got a good price. I've never used them for service, but for buying my first new bike, everything went well.
I bought this scooter for my wife. She loves it! All the people at Cycle Design were absolutely perfect. They know what they are doing. They all were helpful and pleasant.They made us feel very comfortable. Thank you all for a great experience !
I've been doing business with Cycle Design in Phillipston MA for years and have always been treated fairly. I've bought quads, had service done, state inspections performed, and bought accessories. Just this weekend I bought two HJC helmets cheaper than the same HJC on Amazon. Highly recommended.
Bad bad place. Plenty of horrific service AND sales experience. Too much to say other than cycle design has forever had a terrible reputation. Very rude, high prices. I know lots of people who all share same view and had their own bad experience there. They are famous for unsatisfactory service. A mystery why they are still in business. I am ( was ) a local customer. Had enough. Being local was convenient. ONLY reason why I put up with. No more.
Cycle Design (& American Trikes in Keene) both have huge PR problems for a reason! It's kinda like they dare you to be a customer. There is talent in their mechanics, but doing business always seems to be a pain!
Cycle Design in Phillipston is not a reputable shop. My Daughter brought her motor cycle in for an inspection sticker and she never saw it running again. Our best guess is that they over revved the motor and damaged the valves/pistons. They would not take responsabilaty for the damage that clearly happened while in thier care.
