The best experience I could’ve hoped for in shopping for a new bike was found at Hartsburg Cycle Depot. Both Pam and Mark have taken the most warm and generous care to help with questions of maintenance and adjustments ever since I bought my Raleigh. You cannot find a better bike shop around!

Mark & Pam are amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and you leave there feeling like a friend. I took an old bike in that I had not been on in over 15 years. Mark took me through the process of what he could do to get it up and running like new. I was very impressed with how my bike turned out, It really does look and ride like new.
