The man at the shop was incredibly rude and condescending. I went in to change my tire tubes and when I asked if I could possibly get new tubes installed I was immediately questioned with a "WHY!?" because my bike could "probably do with just adding air!" I let him know I had just put air and already had them flat on the ride over to the shop.
