While the apartment and amenities are beautiful, the office staff is EXTREMELY unhelpful and goes out of their way to ignore any problems a tenant may have. I referred a friend to live here in August 2023 and was supposed to receive a $750 referral fee. I am constantly put off, told the check is in the mail or just completely ignored regarding my referral fee.
