There are moments in life that quietly change you, and Marina’s Ladies Retreat I went on was one of them. After spending several days at the Ladies Retreat, something inside me simply clicked. I’ve been going to Fit by Marina for the last 12 years, and that probably says everything. It’s not a typical gym, it’s a boutique studio with classes, and the experience is completely different in the best way. The classes are the reason I’ve stayed this long. They’re always well structured, never boring, and you really feel like you got a great workout every time.
