I highly recommend Cycle and Cryo Fitness studio! I’ve been training with Marina for more than 10 years. Her classes have special vibe and energy that you not gonna find in other places. Couple times a year Marina offers 6 weeks fitness challenges when besides workouts she daily guides us with healthy advices and correct our food intake if needed.
