Cycle Alaska is an awesome company that provide a unique experience to their customers. My husband and I signed up for one of the tours through their website which I recommend because the tour group will be smaller (compared to signing up through the cruise). Our tour guide was very educated on the history of Juneau and the Tongrass National Forest. We were on our Alaska cruise and decided to rent bikes to bike to Mendenhall Glacier. So happy we found Cycle Alaska Dock Shop! Short walk from the cruise ships. The friendly team set us up with bikes, spare tubes, maps, water and a snack and off we went. It was an awesome adventure, seeing the views by bike and getting to the Glacier was epic! Highly recommend Cycle Alaska!
David Herbold knows all there is to know about bikes. He repaired my headsets, and replenished all the hydraulic fluid in my disc brake systems. He tightened up every nut and bolt on each of my four pedicabs. He is the best. I was in and out in a morning after making an appointment. Kudos all around the shop!
We had the BEST ride and tour with SHAYNA! She is insanely knowledgeable and passionate about Alaska, and the views were gorgeous. Highly recommend doing the bike and brew tour with Shayna.
