Months after months, do not expect updates because if you do then the response would be - if you can’t wait, take your motorcycle back (in whatever open condition it is in). Absolutely frustrating.
Charged me $200+ to mount and balance a tire I provided. I asked about scheduling an appointment for a valve adjustment and it seemed like they were just dodging scheduling the appointment, kept saying they were busy and had a pretty condescending attitude. Later I saw that they knicked my rim.
