What a great time working out! Equipment is top notch and instructor was so much fun! Did the C3XL - best way to spend a Sunday morning! The restorative yoga at the end may have saved my week!! Namaste!
I was so excited to find this cycle studio! It's a really positive, fun environment with lots of different class times and options. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming, from Martine, Dave and all the instructors, to the other members. Can't recommend it highly enough!
You must go! This place is great! Love the TRX, Spin and Kettlebell / Stability Ball Classes. Place is clean and comfortable. The owners are great and very accommodating. Love that that the classes are smaller, get a more personal workout. Instructors are super, professional and fun!
This team works tirelessly to make us feel safe, fit and self confident. The variety of classes offered is great and geared towards all levels of fitness. I highly recommend Cycle 3!!!
First class in over 3 months, thanks to COVID. Excellent, much needed cardio workout! I really enjoyed having the class outdoors. It was a nice change. Super hot out, but I felt great and totally accomplished after. Abby and Martine are excellent instructors. They are always mixing up the workouts, so you don't get bored. Environment was fully compliant with all social distancing guidelines and procedures. Highly recommend this business!
