Each dish was a work of art and perfectly paired with just the right one. Each member of the team served us at some point of the night, and every member was knowledgeable and engaging. Truly a world class and unique experience.
You have to do it. If you’re here and you have the opportunity then you must do it. Everything is amazing. Food, wine, and especially the staff. It’s all amazing.
Visiting from Texas. My friends and I celebrated our buddies 50th birthday in London. Chef and his staff were engaging and fun. The food and wine pairings were on point and explored some depth of flavors that I would have never considered. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience.
I’ve been to Cycene many times over the years and have always been a big fan of Blue Mountain School. I’ve visited with different groups and friends on many occasions, even back when Cycene was Maos, so it’s somewhere I’ve continued to return to and genuinely love. I visited on 11 July 2026. Let's start with the good. The ingredients were absolutely top notch, couldn't fault the quality of anything. The dry aging was done to superb standards and really ehanced the flavour of the duck and beef. Unfortunately, many of the dishes were over-seasoned (too much salt), to the point that I could not really taste the star of the show (the ingredients).
