This is company has the worst customer service. They constantly stall any communications with you so that they hope you will get discouraged and just disappear. Each time I call have to wait 45-60 min to try to talk to someone (after 60min the line goes dead) I'm waiting on my 3rd GPU as their quality is very poor. I don't understand with a 1/5 customer review they have a A- rating. This is a disservice to what BBB stands for.

I had received my PC from CyberPower through Best Buy this year and I think that electronic stores should no longer act as a third party seller for these guys. These guys are really out to take your money for bare bottom performance PCs that start acting up and unable to function 3 months after purchase. They will scam you. I have been scammed at 2k over for PC with a small motherboard that can barely support any of the other expensive additions on this PC. Its ******* insulting that right now my brother who has built his ow... read more

I bought a gaming PC for 3000 dollars it has had fan problems from the first week my cpu fan stopped working completely and instead of replacing it for free they charge your account until you send them back the old part called about this issue and still haven't received replacement it has been a month and just called to check on the part still hasn't shipped.

Cyberpower shipped my computer with a broken graphics card, and when I sent my computer in for repairs, they shipped it back still broken, then told me they'd send me a new card, which took a month to arrive, and that card was broken as well. CyberpowerPC clearly does not care about its customers, and will not repair your broken PC.

My experience has been less-than-stellar. My PC hasn't worked properly since I got it. I sent the entire thing back for warranty repairs and they sent it back having the same issues; I ended up "fixing" it myself by disabling ALL factory CPU overclock settings in the BIOS. The graphics card is still on the fritz though, causing daily crashes during gameplay. I've almost lost hope going back and forth with customer support, as I'm pretty sure my machine would spend more time out for repairs than it would under my desk. It doe... read more

The most unprofessional company I've ever worked with we received a PC that apparently had not even been checked video card was dead upon arrival cannot get the company to respond to email questions or anything after we've sent the card back. After saving for 2 years and my grandson selling his collection of Nerf guns and Legos he purchased this computer only to be screwed over by incompetent unprofessional company. This company needs to be shut down for their shady practices. There RMA procedures are a joke.

Everything you're can read below. All the 1 star reviews for this company. Exactly what has happened to me as well. If something is wrong with your PC when you receive it or shortly after you will never be able to get any support. You will sit on hold forever and IF they answer your email it's some ridiculous comment like, "reinstall windows" and then you never get another response. All those reviews on Google from people with 1-2 reviews are all fake, beware. They charge your CC and then you don't receive the computer for 3... read more

Purchased a CyberpowerPC from them last month and received it very quickly on 08-06-2021. Unfortunately, as soon as I tried to start the PC; it would not POST. I tried contacting customer service for a total of 2 hours with no avail. They answered the phone once and promtly hung up on me without saying a word. I then tried to send them 4 emails, all of them were either replied with automated messages on how to troubleshoot the computer or completely ignored (it has been a week since ive sent my last email.) I am currently tr... read more

Purchased two CyberpowerPC's. 1st one - PXE Non-Bootable drive kept popping up time to time. During bootup, monitor was full of green dots (bad GPU). As soon as I started any game, GPU went black. Reseated everything, same result. Registered the pc on their website, got a registration number but no customer number. Sent in a support ticket with registration number (since there was no customer number). After a week, no response so I called. After 1.5 hours on hold waiting to speak to somebody (called as soon as they opened), ... read more
