I will start off saying I did have issues with my purchases but Cyberline help me with them all. The owner is very understanding and helped work with me to get everything resolved i had come to cyberline in my previous computer troubles but I was scared because of the low and negative reviews but at this point I wonder if the reviews are real. In February 2018, I bought an Apple Macbook Pro 15 at Cyberline Computers. I purchased the computer for my son who was leaving for grad school. The owner told us it was a refurbished Apple and was good as new. I expressed concern since my son would not be in town, but the owner assured us that if we had ANY problems we could return it for a refund. Cyberline had prompt password reset tools available, I forgot my password, and within 5 minutes, Cyberline was able to reset my password without losing any of my files! A++

Cyberline has great local business to business IT services. A++ I've had great same day service on several occasions. We also have had data recovery and windows upgrades. These guys know how to get the job done!

In response to Mr. Stephen's post, Cyberline Computers has always gone above and beyond the ensure customer satisfaction for our guests. The buyer did in fact come in with his wife to purchase a used iMac computer. The 2008 date he is referring to is the "about this mac" date which refers to the processor's build date. I explained that this unit was refurbished and was a 2010 model based on the system's serial number and purchase history. Stay as far away from this place as possible, my wife and I went there to purchase a computer. Sam,the salesperson sold us a 27 inch 2011 model imac.problem is it turned out to be a early 2008 model with a 24 inch screen. They have offered to refund purchase price less 25% restocking fee,at this point i have no faith that they would properly clean my wifes data off the hard drive. Really a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and don't expose yourself to this type of treatment, no one deserves that
