We reached out regarding an urgent brain lesion referral already sent by our physician. After multiple follow-ups with no confirmation, the response we received lacked empathy, urgency, and accountability, and focused on deflection rather than assistance. Given the seriousness of the situation, this was deeply concerning. We sought care elsewhere to avoid delay.
