I had extreme numbness in my feet. Dave was great he went over everything with me fit me with some awesome lake shoes and all my numbness went away. 10 out of 10 recommend
so happy i finally went in. i’ve been dealing with some weird knee pain on my rides and was pretty nervous about getting a professional fit but it was such a chill experience. he really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything as he was ajusting the bike. left feeling like i was floating on teh thing instead of fighting it. my first ride after was night and day difference in my back too… i can actually go longer without feeling sore. already planning to bring my old hybrid in for a tweak next month.
so I finally got my bike fit done and it was night and day difference from what i had before my hips were screaming on long rides and now I can actually pedal without fighting the bike the whole time its just way more natural now. they took like an hour and a half really dialing in every little thing the angle of my cleats and the handlebar reach all that stuff still scratching my head at how i survived fifty miles before this but okay Im going back for a follow up when I swap out my saddle
ive been going here for years and its always perfect the guy knows his stuff and actully listens to what you want
best thing i did for my knees, this guy sorted my fit out QUICK. went away and actually did what he said and it feels alot better no uncomfortble numbnes anymore, wish i,d done it years ago
