Amazing place and amazing people working there, super knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not really a console gamer, I build my own gaming PC's and game mostly on PC. I took my PS5 to Cyber PC Laptop hoping for a quick repair, but my experience was terrible. They charged me $80 upfront and in the end, my PS5 wasn’t repaired at all. No explanation, no solution—just a wasted $80. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked about a refund or next steps. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers results.
