Well, I stand corrected. I really believed this fellow when he promised to help. But the promise was as far as it went. No help was considered apparently. I left the original 5 star post below. Boy I really felt hope after finding him. I feel pretty bad now. --Wow how can I explain this? This shop has been nothing but a nightmare. Last year, I brought in my phone for a repair. They took my money, ruined the phone even more, and couldn’t even fix the original issue. No refund, no real explanation—just careless service and zero accountability. What makes it worse is that this wasn’t the first time. A couple of years ago, they scammed me on a PS4 repair too.
