Well, I stand corrected. I really believed this fellow when he promised to help. But the promise was as far as it went. No help was considered apparently. I left the original 5 star post below. This shop has been nothing but a nightmare. Last year, I brought in my phone for a repair. They took my money, ruined the phone even more, and couldn’t even fix the original issue. No refund, no real explanation—just careless service and zero accountability. What makes it worse is that this wasn’t the first time. A couple of years ago, they scammed me on a PS4 repair too. I had a terrible experience with this mobile shop. I brought my phone in for a simple repair, and not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they actually ruined my phone even more. To make matters worse, they took my money upfront and offered no refund or real solution after messing it up.
