We have dealt with both Craig & Jordan over a period of years & found them to be professional, personable and extremely knowledgable. Although I am a novice, they have treated me with courtesy & patience. I can't endorse them highly enough !
My laptop is really outdated, so it tends to break often and be expensive to fix. When I was down in Cape Coral visiting family, it decided to break on me again. Cyber Computer Technology had good reviews online, so I took it there. I cannot be happier with the service! They fixed my laptop faster than any other company ever has AND they were less expensive. It's been working as well as the day I got it ever since I picked it up. I highly recommend using these guys!!
My husband and I walked into the business and we wanted a computer built. That was in Nov, 2010...that is when we met Craig... Thru the years I have made a few phone calls for help and Craig has always been there for me. We take the computer down for it's yearly check up and have never had a problem. If anyone out there needs a computer built or fixed Craig the man to see..
The staff were incredibly helpful and timely. I needed a new keyboard for my computer and since I teach online, I needed a quick turnaround so I could get back online. The staff person was so accomodating and really informative. The prices seem fair and they surely seem to know what they are doing.
