DO NOT TRUST!! On my previous review shows you their level of respect for customers and only care about themselves I have multiple customers that I know who have shopped with them that says many things about this company and I will be sharing! Taking attacks for rebuilding a car for which you make you money is super funny! They don’t have a 3.6 for a reason and that’s not just me glad others think the SAME!!
Unfortunately, my experience with Cyber Auto Parts has been extremely disappointing. Throughout my build process, communication was one of the biggest issues. Calls were rarely answered, voicemails were not returned, and text messages often went unanswered for extended periods of time. Ordered a part on ebay by accident and immediately filed a cancellation. For some reason they rejected it even though they didnt process the order. Do not recommend buying from them.
I would leave 0 starts if I could. I was supposed to pick up side skirts for my car from them in person and I had been talking to them via ebay about for about 1 week. I told them it was about an hour and 30 minutes for me to drive there and pick it up and I would prefer to have the sideskirts shipped. They denied helping me out with that and decided if I wanted them shipped they would charge an additional 200$ for LOCAL shipping… so I said whatever and decided to go drive there and pick them up after prepaying for the skirt... read more
I bought a lift kit and amp steps for a 2021 F250 superduty, the guys held for me till I could drive up and get it. In the mean time the 4 link bars were accidentally sold on ebay. They bought me a brand new set from bds and had the shipped to my house. Thank you. ill be purchasing more parts from these guys in the future. Thank you Alex for all your help.
