I really didn’t want to make this post as I would hope Chris would make good on it. We sent our truck to cyans auto on a Saturday in April. I called and he said he could handle it and would get to the truck on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. That did not happen. We accidentally put DEF in the diesel tank and he said he could do the job but to drop the tank and drain it was 700 dollars so that is what we paid him. He kept me up to date, explained things so I could understand them and went above and beyond in workmanship. He even helped me arrange a rental car for the brief time he needed to keep my car.
