I feel like everything we move away from in Houston has relocated here. One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Cars are frequently broken into, tires have been stolen, and noise is constant at all hours of the night. Neighbors blast music, people openly smoke weed, while kids are playing outside. Would not recommend living here. From the moment I moved in, the apartment was infested with roaches and clearly not cleaned or properly maintained. The walls and surfaces were prone to mold, which caused me to get sick often. Getting any help from management was always a hassle and response times were incredibly slow. The elevators were constantly out of service, amenities were frequently broken or unavailable, yet residents are still required to pay for them. I have been living in Cyan last 3 years. Overall Cyan is a good community. The maintenance staff are exceptional. Marlon and Enrique are the best! They are quick to resolve issues, very friendly and thoroughly professional.
Great place to live! Resident events are fun and staff really try to make it enjoyable to be here. Thank you Cyan team!
Amazing tour and community! Toured with the Community Manager and she was very patient with all my questions and concerns. She listened and provided detailed answers that made me feel heard. Will definitely be leasing there for my 2026 move!
