Scammers and jerks! Nathan - Manager of CYA Insurance is an absolute scumbag! They don't cancel or refund anything!!! They charge a deductible and shipping fee to discourage you from filing a claim! If you ask to speak to a manager, Nathan - Manager of CYA Insurance, gets on the phone and screams at the top of his lungs! This is what CYA Insurance has to offer!

Negative 1000 stars!!! Do not do business with these people. I asked multiple times to cancel my warranty over the course of a month. After multiple emails and calls clearly asking for the cancellation, the representative argued with me and blamed me that I wasn't clear enough that I wanted the warranty canceled.

-10 stars! Total scam. I paid over $1700 for 5 appliances. 7 months into it, my fridge stopped working. They won't give me a day/time for rep to come without paying a deductible. I was NEVER told about a deductible. I cancelled the policy. I doubt I'll ever see that money again.

Real extended warranty company. Their sales people and customer service reps are good, but once you file a claim where they'll actually have to pay out is when the problems start. I covered my fridge for them for 9 years and when it finally broke, they took my deductible and said that because the cost of fixing it was not "cost effective" they would only send me a settlement check for $300. So basically the $100/year plus the $159 deductible only covered repairs that cost less than $300 to fix. Keep in mid the fee for Samsun... read more

Total crap. I am an absolute idiot for doing this. Paid god only knows how much then a 200 dollar deductible and then when I called “oh we don’t cover anything but sub zero” big lies. Still waiting for my money back.

Definitely a scam. Try so hard to sell insurance over the phone, will promise you everything possible. Then when it comes to reimbursing for repairs they will not reply in months, claim that your policy been canceled, in your account you will see higher deductibles stated, then your account will be deleted at all. Will ignore what you say in the emails, and respond with generic "we couldn't reach you" please reply to email or call, just like that. Disgraceful.

2 year insurance on my freezer for $235. Good, right? Wrong! They want $125 'deductible' to send out a repairman!! They certainly didn't tell me in advance that the deductible was more than the price of the repair guy's visit!
