Absolutely horrifically bad lawyer. Do not trust your family’s future to this man. He gave improper legal advice during mediation. The Texas state bar actually opened a grievance case against him for how bad his work was. A malpractice case is coming soon. We ended up with a court order completely different than we thought we were signing. He used us as a piggy bank, charging us to correct his own assistant’s clerical errors.
