The front desk worker we encountered was a ray of sunshine in a very stressful moment of our healthcare journey. She was compassionate, friendly, and advocated for us. Longstanding and ongoing issues with their administrative processes from scheduling to check-in to the actual procedure to billing. Today was no different; waited an hour only for the tech to reject the doctor's order. So was issued a refund for the procedure, walked out and 18 minutes later get a phone call from Memorial Hermann they are now ready to proceed and want to schedule another appointment. After years of going to Memorial Hermann, I will not be going back. Ever.
Staff will deliberately make you wait endlessly while they are busy doing personal stuff.

Had 2 appointments today for additional imagining since my mammogram came back showing a mass. Upon arrival I was told their system was down and I would not able to be seen today. My first question was what time did it go down? The reply was 8am. Mind you my appointments were 2pm and 230 pm. Naturally the 2nd question is why I don't get a phone call?
