While most reviews of these imaging centers are negative, my experience at this particular one was very good. They were running on time and quite efficiently. The staff was friendly and helpful with no snags. The MRI technician was friendly, accomodating and clearly knew her job. I was in and out in less than one hour. If neccesary, I would use them again.
Staff is wonderful
I booked an appointment for an MRI via MyChart. Given the list of available appointments, I picked the one that was most convenient for me on Sunday May 31st at 7 am. Everything was confirmed via MyChart and I arrived to the location at my scheduled 6:30 am time. However, the building was closed and will not be open until Monday at 8 am.
