I went in for an MRI, I was told no need to put my belongings in a locker, because it wasn’t going to take long. I placed my watch carefully on top of my wallet and zipped it, then I placed my purse on the counter. When the MRI was done I noticed my purse was moved and was completely open. Do not trust this place! BE AWARE!!!
Every single employee that I encountered at this location was incredibly nice. Will be returning to this location if I need Imaging in the future.
The technician who assisted me was lacking of knowledge and rude. I was checked in, and right at the moment of the exam, she refused to perform the scan, arguing that the order was incorrect and that she knew what she was doing because she had over 20 years of experience. When I called the main office and requested a correction to the order, they didn't understand the technician's reason for refusing since order was clear. Customer service is great !! The employee that greet you with the greatest biggest smile I've ever seen is Quincy !!!!! 🤣 if it wasn't for Quincy I would not come to Herman at all Cy-Fair is where he works.
