Customer service is great !! The employee that greet you with the greatest biggest smile I've ever seen is Quincy !!!!! 🤣 if it wasn't for Quincy I would not come to Herman at all Cy-Fair is where he works. My sons orthopedic referred us here for an mri as his knee cap is completely off center. We received a text to schedule, scheduled and I included in the notes during online scheduling that he has insurance. Show up to the appointment and they say it would be $300 self pay or if he had insurance they would need to reschedule as they require 2-3 days to verify insurance before they can do the mri. This facility is dangerously disorganized. I’ve now had two separate MRI appointments completely mishandled at this location. My scan was ordered with and without contrast, but the staff repeatedly changed it — without verifying properly — and both times sent me home after wasting my time. Let me be clear: I am in pain, both physically and mentally. This is not just inconvenient, it’s negligent. Your team clearly lacks basic training and accountability, especially the front desk staff. We scheduled an appointment here because they offered the earliest and needed to get imaging done soon. We drove 45 mins to come to this location. Our arrival time on a Saturday was 9am and at 8:50am, I get a call from Minnie/Mimmie (whoever that was working) that the machine is down and they have to cancel the appointment.
