The lady at the front desk is soo rude and unprofessional. Her supervisor needs to have a talk to her about harassing people coming there for services. I dont know her name but she is always there. Something is seriously wrong with her the way she acts. She should never be on a front desk.
Always clean professional. And on time.
I've had 2 previous ultrasounds for my kidneys (at a different location) and never experienced any pain. Today the tech started by pushing her wand into my solar plexus area and it hurt. When I flinched she said she'd have to push twice as hard to do her test so I cancelled. Believe the reviews and go somewhere else.
Check in was easy! Jennifer and Minnie were both so kind and reassuring. I was very nervous and they both calmed my nerves. I had an excellent appointment and would return for other appointments.
Very rude customer service. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband for an CT Coronary scan, and the representative clearly didn’t want to help me. She would not even let me finish my sentences and would cut me off. Called somewhere else and it was a very different experience. I was expecting better service from Memoriall Hermann.
