My eight-year-old son recently developed an interest in playing with fire. Frustrated as parent, took him to a fire station where he met three experienced firefighters. The firefighters were patient with him. The firefighters explained the dangers of fire and emphasized that it’s not something to play with. CY-FAIR FIRE DEPARTMENT ENGINE #12 almost CAUSED an ACCIDENT. ENGINE #12 wanted to PULL OUT IN FRONT OF ME instead ENGINE #12 PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE BEHIND ME. ENGINE #12 didn't have any EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON. And STOPPED AT THE STOP LIGHT NEXT TO ME FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES TILL IT TURNED GREEN so im GUESSING ENGINE #12 WAS NOT on an EMERGENCY CALL

I had a gas leak scare this morning and the response team was very quick to show up. Even tho there was nothing wrong, I greatly appreciate the readiness of these men. Thank you.

Nice building and group of people, but when I asked to purchase some fire, they told me I had the wrong place. False advertising!!!
