GREAT SERVICE! Joshua was such a great help with creating my accounts and helping me understand what route is best for me.
I’ve come to this location several times but my experience today was exceptionally great! 1st my teller (I didn’t get her name but she was black w/ brown locs) was extremely nice & answered any questions I had. Now let’s talk about Nora! Not only did she give me information I didn’t know about after banking here for 12 years but she also helped me get my accounts properly situated for my life situation as of right now. This is my new favorite location! You all are amazing! The security guard is nice as well!
Absolutely unacceptable service at this bank on Skinner Road. I gave clear, straightforward instructions to wire funds the exact same information I gave another banker last week (same bank different location) who successfully completed the wire to the same receiver. Yet today, they failed to process it. No urgency, no accountability, just a frustrating back-and-forth that led nowhere. I haven’t used Cy-Fair federal credit as my main bank due to the decline in service since this new CEO took over. The lack of care he has for members is what pushed me away and clearly the lack of care he has for his employees. I went to the Skinner location and conditions are horrible. I had no idea a remodel was happening and It doesn’t even look like it’s supposed to be open. To have people working there at all is completely UNACCEPTABLE!
