I have been thinking with South fair federal credit union for two years now and over these two years I have been screwed out of my money. Repeatedly overdraft protection will kick in put a fee for various past charges that were paid for in full before going negative and what happens and I will go negative one time and then all the sudden all past charges. Also, we’re done well I had no money. I do not recommend this bank. I am now down probably a grand total.
I just opened up an account with Cy-Fair Credit Union and it felt more like asking a trusted and trustworthy family member to hold my money for me. The staff was so warm and my rep, Joshua Dotson could not have possibly been more helpful. He was incredibly patient, insightful and gave excellent, concise advice without using too much “bank jargon” trying to speak over my head. He answered all of my questions and helped me walk through the process of opening up my first account. I would recommend him and this branch to anyone.... read more
Garrett was nice, professional, and respectful. The young ladies at the counter were nice as well. Even the security guard spoke to me as I entered.
New card works great. Caught me on a bad day. I can't keep a straight face and keep my review bad. So I will improve it to five stars. Cy-Fair has always been attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, and done everything they could for me. I left a bad review because I was having a crappy day.
