Garrett was nice, professional, and respectful. The young ladies at the counter were nice as well. Even the security guard spoke to me as I entered.
New card works great. Caught me on a bad day. I can't keep a straight face and keep my review bad. So I will improve it to five stars. Cy-Fair has always been attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, and done everything they could for me. I left a bad review because I was having a crappy day. I went in today with my husband to change a few things on an account and the young lady who helped us was amazing! Youslin (sorry if I misspelled) was patient and very helpful. I look forward to further business with your branch.
I opened a Z-Checking account today with Joshua and he was so kind and patient through the process! He made opening my new checking account seamless and painless and was very personable. He was also very helpful to my mom who went with me and answered all of the questions she had about her accounts. A great experience with him overall at this location!
