This bank is awful. With terrible customer service. The only way to pay your loan is to go pay in person. The banking app is a disaster. You cannot connect an outside debit card to your payment. Listen I tried to consolidate my debt a year ago into a 0% interest credit card (promotional card). And my understanding was I could move the funds to a personal loan after the year.
