The front desk gave me inaccurate information...now I'm getting hit with a bill due to their lack of knowledge. When you want to inquire about the bill they send you over to people that are not at that office and have no idea what was agreed upon...Front desk is arrogant and rude. Dont waste your time here they will treat you like garbage. The male nurse is so unfriendly how do people like him even have a job? I bring my 5 year old son in they had to do strep test I see him bring stickers don't say anything kid friendly just I'ma swab ur throat he five of course gonna be issues really.. you of said I got stickers for you if ur your good nope nothing he didn't even ask for my assistants on holding him down when I asked he just ignored me so I get up and try talking and holding my son he says we ain't wrestling well at least I'm not!!! all rude really your a fre... read more
i visited on jan 12 2018 around 7:30pm , i had flu like symptoms, the front desk lady with glasses was very rude when i first stepped in door, the male nurse was rude in triage, telling me that i dont have pain, when my throat was so sore it hurt for me to swallow, then a doctor saw me asked me did i have insurance, once i said no, the front lady came in for me to sign paper to get pay $250 or leave, i didnt have the money so i had to leave. I took my sister there and the place smelled really bad, the front desk receptionist with glasses was very rude and unwelcoming. She did not help in any way. The male nurse was rude as well. We only had my sister triaged , which i believe is free and everyone is entitled to have a free triage but still we received $700 bill from the facility to pay. Worst experience ever!
