Great Locksmith We've used Cy Drake for as business for about 40 years. I can't remember ever having any problem with them. I've used them for personal matters too. Very trustworthy!
Poor Customer Service - Very Rude! Cy Drake was supposed to re-key our front door. I had set up the appointment and informed them that my roommate would be home and provided my roommate's phone number to them. Then, instead of calling my roommate like I instructed, they called my work phone 5 times in a row and left a message saying that nobody is home.
