We live in Washington and had to fine a realtor over the phone. After becoming very frustrated with the whole process I just selected a realtor on the first page of the email listing and went from there. The guy picked up the phone was rude. I asked him if he could spell out the website. He promptly said no and told me to message the admin... I’d hate to get stuck doing business with them.

Had an amazing experience with Corey and Andrey from CTX. We found a house, they worked with the mortgage company efficiently and even with a few issues with the appraisal that needed to be fixed with the home prior to closing, they worked diligently, relentless and quickly. I was closed in around 30 days which I did not think was possible. Great company, great people.
