I arrived and gate opened at 8:50am for my 9am appointment, once I was inside warehouse worker pointed to a dock door for me. I opened trailer doors, slide tandems to rear, and backed into door. Went inside next to dock 1 to check in, 9:15am, warehouse worker was trying to get my attention and saying to come inside for my bills. Signed for my bills, and I was out. Very Fast!
Very bad experience very rude employees my appointment at 12:00 but they start loading at 5:00 pm
As a trucking company, CXN was one of the worst companies to do business with. Not only was it late on payment (took 6 months to pay), CXN would not pay the agreed upon rates. Every invoice was short paid.
