Extremely disappointed with the administration here. I called months ago and was told my insurance was accepted. When I called to confirm a few days before my April 24th appointment, I was told the opposite. I cancelled the appointment during that call and even called a second time to confirm the cancellation—both times, staff assured me it was handled. I have had nothing but great experiences with Case Western School of Dental Medicine! From crowns, to root canals, and even Invisalign! I don’t know how long Dr. Keyoni Mbroh in Orthodontics will be there as she’s graduating soon, but she has been by far one of the best student dentists I’ve ever had. I know she will be great at her craft when she does graduate!!!
I have had an extensive amount of work done here. Always a great time! Very professional. Use the parking lot, just don't forget to get the validation!
One of the worst and most painful experiences of my life. I paid to have a tooth extracted. The regular clinic tried from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm to get the tooth out and was unable. I was transferred to Oral surgery and had to again pay to get the tooth extracted by oral surgery. It took them until 2:30 to get the tooth out. 4.5 hours in the dentist chair and 27 injections in my mouth. My mouth is all tore to hell and they knocked off a crown on another tooth.
