Not a good experience. Chad the owner of CWR Marine has no communication with you. I had 2 missing pieces of DeKit flooring that didn’t come with the kit they ordered. They didn’t realize it until after they did the install. He said he was going to order those missing pieces and have them shipped out to me. It’s been 4 months and now he will not return any of my calls or text messages. My suggestion would be if you order DeKit from CWR Marine. Have them go through the kit before they do the install to make sure all the piece... read more
Not helpful, rude and thinks women can’t own boats. Someone needs some help with customer service.
They sit on Facebook attacking the community they claim to take pride in. They openly use discrimination in their attacks and then claim they "never said they don't support anyone." Unprofessional, hypocritical, hateful.
Hateful and despicable owners.
