Has got to be the worst run plant I’ve ever been too,no communication what so ever as to who gets loaded in order,drivers drive by you like your not even here to see if your on hold or waiting in line to get loaded,the operator doesn’t answer ya when calling on the cb to see if theee ready for you,o been trucking for 35 years and this place sucks…

I work at CWR I love it
I’ve seen their crews working in downtown Pensacola. They are at least on par with other crews. They did a sidewalk ramp along where I normally walk to work. They appear to have done professional work.
Leadership is poor and not enough pay
