They're the trash pick up for my local townhouse community. Trash pick up is normally on Fridays, so this past Thursday night (Thanksgiving) I took the trash out for Friday morning as normal. Everyone else in the complex had their bins out on Friday as well, but Friday came and went without any pick up. Due to my bin being extremely full and the high wind, trash from the bin kept spilling out. To try and help with this, I pulled the bin back in a little, so that the trash wouldn't get into the road. Was a long time customer until this past July 4th, apparently, they decided to pick up trash on the 4th of July. I tried to call their office at 1230 pm on the 4th with no answer. Trash sat for a few days in the can, finally got a hold of someone on Monday and was told, " we will see what we can do, if we can do something we will let you know " my reply was made very easy at that point, I said your fired! And since they own the cans, to come pick them up. Awful response from this company, avoid them!
