Was a long time customer until this past July 4th, apparently, they decided to pick up trash on the 4th of July. I tried to call their office at 1230 pm on the 4th with no answer. Trash sat for a few days in the can, finally got a hold of someone on Monday and was told, " we will see what we can do, if we can do something we will let you know " my reply was made very easy at that point, I said your fired! And since they own the cans, to come pick them up. Awful response from this company, avoid them!

Lisa at the office is always polite and helpful. Also CWPM has better pricing and service than Casella, I am glad I made the change a while back. Anyone in Lebanon using Casella should definitely make the switch!
