Almost impossible to get an appointment. This surgery is not good for people who work, and definately not for shift workers, who have to get up after a couple of hours sleep to book an appointment between 8.30 and 9.00 , just to be told, after half an hour in the phone queue that the appointment system is closed. You are not able book ahead on your day off either, so when you do get an appointment, you have to wait for the doctor to phone you in work, when you are unable to answer the call, or have no privacy.
