As always from Cwmbran Ford I received fantastic service and support. Judi is fantastic there and looks after all of her customers always with a personal touch. Can even remember things from years ago which is amazing considering how many people she must meet. Always return to Ford and always leave happy.
Car booked for diagnostic and repair to be carried out. was told 48hr turn around when booking car in.nearly £1000 and 3 weeks later still without car. tried collecting car twice being told was all working within the three weeks and wasn't still had same issue. Courtesy car now provided coz of time scale and still awaiting response if car issue is found after forking out all that money already. Overall a very bad and stressful experience.
I would like to thank Keeley for the excellent customer service with my car purchase , as nothing seemed to much trouble. Thank you.
