Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past so am always on edge about a dentist visit. This establishment is top class. From receptionist to the dentist and assistants. All very pleasant and welcoming. Dr Hannah Crowe absolute top class I highly recommend
Today was my first experience with Cwmbran dental spa and I’ve got to say it’s the best dentist I’ve ever visited. The receptionist Clare was so lovely and welcoming, she went above and beyond to help get my son an appointment. Clare was so warm and welcoming. My son is autistic which makes it hard for him to relax during dentist visits. I recently visited for a hygienist appointment as well as some dental work. As a dentist myself I'm very particular about who treats my teeth and I really can't fault the service from the entire team. Pain free hygiene and EMS for that extra gentle whitening polish was great. In terms of dental treatment Aston is a top notch clinician, who has the expertise and technical skills to deliver works class care.
Can not fault cwmbran dental spa one bit, today was my first visit to start my treatment after years of not going to a dentist. Today I had a thorough clean and a filling. Charlotte was very friendly and understanding of my anxiety she made me feel relaxed and she explained everything she was doing throughout my appointment. The reception girls are all welcoming and friendly, I can not thank you all enough and im great full that I will be able to love my teeth again :)
I’ve been going to the Cwmbran Dental Spa for around 12-18 months now, for EMS treatment for gum health issues. There has been a vast improvement in my gum and teeth health, and I am so pleased with the results. Not only that, but the staff are really welcoming and friendly, and I actually enjoy coming in! Thank you so much to everyone at the practice.
