Very tight dock and area overall and isn’t rookie friendly lol, Thankfully someone helped me get in. Other than that it was very smooth. I had an appointment for 6pm but it was ready to be picked up at 2pm surprisingly. Check in was smooth and I got a door instantly. Took about an hour for them to be ready to load me and loading only took 30 minutes max. They do charge $200-$300 if your 30 minutes or more late to your appointment so keep that in mind. No recomiendo venir a este sitio, llegue a las 6 pm mi cita era a las 9 pm ,no me dejaron chequear hasta las 8:30 pm y son casi las 11 pm y todavía no tengo puerta para descargar no respetan el tiempo del driver, mal lugar para descargar
