The worst building! Consistent stealing of Amazon packages. The administration does not want to deal with it. Two cameras are observing, but the packages are persistently being stolen. Stay away!

Wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to live in one of these properties. Property managers will lie to you straight to your face and when you bring up the previous emails, they say they don’t care. Absolutely horrible properties with no maintenance or upkeep. Properties are kept dirty with no security measures. I lived here partly because they had a front door code and security cameras. I lived here for several years and it was AWFUL. I lived on one of the top floors and the elevator was always down. The garage had parts falling from the ceiling, exposed pipes coming out of the ground and huge holes in the ground. There were trash piles with rats constantly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I had one good thing to say about this place. To start, our unit was filthy the first day we moved in. The garage has rats running around everywhere, I'll attach some pictures below. When we moved in, we were told trash was an included amenity. After a month, we received an email saying loose trash bags are $100 fines each to everyone on the floor.
