Extremely disappointed in their customer service. As a local contractor, we bid jobs based on the prices we are quoted. Unfortunately, when we went back to purchase the products (only 2 weeks later), they 'claimed' to have mis-quoted...by $43! They offered no excuse, no apology, NOTHING! Well, as a local, I will NEVER refer anyone to this place!
