Before my review, be aware that you can get your pond glass directly from CWD's manufacturer (TuffX Glass, I believe) for cheaper, better service, and faster delivery. CWD will purchase the glass on your behalf and deliver it to you unless you request delivery to their site, which caused a huge delay for me. Secondly, be cautious about what work is paid for. The whole experience with CWD was first class as was the products they supplied. My pond brings us great joy we absolutly love it,the mastic they supply I incredible I have used other product none of which came close. The pond has been installed for 12 months now without a single issue.
