Driving up from Perth and had an issue with the Electronic Throttle Control with our Jeep and losing power as a result. Also a wobble when idle. We phoned CWC and they told us to just turn up. Despite being flat out they saw us straight away, reset the electrics but recommended a throttle clean to be sure. Glad they did as when it was opened up it was clogged with carbon. Fantastic people to deal with. Fitted me in on short notice for electrical problems on my F 250. Solved that problem .Then a service on my Hybrid van. Couldn't have been more helpful , I couldn't be happier. I had been trying since leaving Perth , no on else was interested.
Had a wheel alignment done on my truck today. The mechanic Ben took the time to walk through a couple of issues which popped up and explained it all in detail. A definite asset and an absolute legend. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again!
Charge like wounded bulls. Asked for an exhaust to be adjusted and charged 4 hours labour. Took the fuel tank out for some reason. All they did was remove the rubber block and move the mount 2 inches lower so now the exhaust hangs a lot lower than before. Not workable on a 4wd. When you ask how it took 4 hours of labour to adjust an exhaust they don’t care. Beware what they will do for your repair. Unnecessary work for the job required.
