Booked in for a simple oil and oil filter change only this was specified clearly in writing when we made the appointment. When we picked up the vehicle, the invoice included a full “Logbook Service” (1.3 hours labour, $228.80) that we never asked for and never approved a complete inspection service we had explicitly opted out of beforehand. I made an appointment solely for an oil change and oil filter replacement — nothing else was requested or authorized. The vehicle was at the shop for approximately 45 minutes, but the invoice shows 1.5 hours of labor, which is double the actual time spent. Additionally, several extra checks were carried out on the vehicle without my prior consent, when I had only asked for a simple, specific service. LA RESPONSABILE HA TENTATO DI TRUFFARMI Sono andato a questa officina a Port Hedland per sistemare il finestrino a manovella del mio van Mitsubishi Express 2009, che non saliva né scendeva completamente. Il meccanico inizialemente non ha voluto dirmi il prezzo dicendomi che doveva smontare e vedere... Ad ogni modo ha fatto il lavoro correttamente in circa un’ora e adesso finestrino funziona perfettamente. Il problema è stato il comportamento della responsabile dell’officina.
