You will need a delivery number (4 numbers) and they are strict on appointments times (no early stuff). I had to back up a driveway/hill to dock #15!!
When you get here you can’t call the number before 7am, they will block the call from coming In by making the phone line busy. On google they say they open at 7:30am but my appointment time is 7:00am. I got here at 6:40am, so I had to wait and while waiting you’ll get harassed by other business in the area. I begin calling after 7am and the line is still busy. Spoke to one of their yard Jockey and he said call after 7am. My appointment was 07:00am ,when I call the number to check in the lady at the receiving she told my was 9:00am it was really very disappointing to me ,the lady talk to me literally rude and disrespectful
