I never promise customer's anything because you never know when thing's need to change.If we needed to move the bathroom there was a reason for it.Some material that was readily available is not the case anymore so yes if we had to order the doors there is a ***** week delay on getting them from the lumber company we use, so i give options to not delay the job.We always lay down the bottom track first and bring the customer down to go over the layout before we install the studs.
